A few notes for ordering, wearing, and looking after your pieces.
Delivery
LUMI delivers only within Lebanon, at a flat rate of $5.
For ready-made orders, estimated delivery is 1–2 business days in Beirut and 2–5 business days elsewhere in Lebanon. Made-to-order preparation varies by design and atelier schedule; delivery estimates begin after preparation. Times may vary by location.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across Lebanon. Pay when your order arrives.
Exchanges
LUMI does not offer refunds. For eligible ready-made pieces, submit an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery. The piece must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Pieces ordered with a selectable custom Color and/or Size are made to order for that customer and are final sale, even if unopened; they do not qualify for the normal 48-hour exchange. Other custom, personalized, special-order, and made-to-order pieces remain final sale. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled separately under the Refund Policy.
Craftsmanship
LUMI offers both handcrafted and carefully curated pieces. Products specifically identified as Handmade on their product page are covered by the 1-year craftsmanship warranty against eligible manufacturing defects. Other products are not covered unless stated. This warranty is separate from the exchange policy and does not create a general refund right.
Care
Keep pieces dry. Avoid perfume, hairspray, and lotions on beads and metal. Store them separately, in the pouch or box they arrived in.
Custom requests
Additional colors and custom sizing may be available for handmade pieces upon request.
