Exchanges & Returns



At Lumi, we are dedicated to offering refined pieces crafted with care and attention to detail. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.


While we do not offer refunds, we are pleased to offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below.



Exchange Policy



  • Exchange requests must be submitted on the same day your order is received.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@boutiquelumi.net with your order number (as provided in your confirmation email).
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, securely protected.
  • Once your request is approved, you will be asked to include your proof of purchase along with the exchange form provided.
  • All return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
  • We highly recommend using a secure, trackable shipping service, as Lumi cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  • All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in pristine condition.
  • Please note that engraved, customized, personalized, and special-order pieces are final and not eligible for exchange.




Faulty or Damaged Items



In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly arrange a replacement.


You must notify us within 14 calendar days (2 weeks) of receiving your order by contacting support@boutiquelumi.net, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.


Our team will review your request promptly and guide you through the next steps.



Order Cancellations



We understand that plans may change. Order cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of placing your order.


Should you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@boutiquelumi.net, and we will assist you accordingly.
