1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty
At LUMI, we proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade creations.
Products specifically identified as Handmade on their product page are covered by our 1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty against eligible manufacturing defects.
Products that are not identified as Handmade are not covered by this warranty unless otherwise stated on their product page.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects resulting from the craftsmanship or production process, including:
- Defects in assembly or construction.
- Loose or detached crystals, pearls, or decorative elements caused by a manufacturing defect.
- Faulty chains, clasps, or hardware resulting from a manufacturing defect.
- Stitching or structural defects caused during production.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or improper handling.
- Accidental damage, drops, impact, or crushing.
- Water exposure or contact with perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, or cleaning products.
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
- Products not identified as Handmade on their product page.
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please contact info@boutiquelumi.net and include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
Our team will carefully review your claim and may request additional information when necessary.
If the issue is confirmed to be an eligible manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, LUMI may:
- Repair the item; or
- Replace it with the same product or an equivalent product if repair is not possible.
The original item must be returned before any repair or replacement can be completed.
Customers are responsible for the return delivery costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise confirmed by LUMI.
Additional Conditions
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
