LUMI currently ships exclusively within Lebanon.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are carefully prepared within 1–2 business days.

As many of our accessories are hand-finished, preparation time may vary slightly during busy periods.

Estimated delivery times within Lebanon:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, weather conditions, or public holidays.

We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5 USD for all orders delivered within Lebanon, regardless of location.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all eligible orders within Lebanon.

Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

our support team may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.

Repeated failed deliveries may result in future order restrictions.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
