Shipping Locations

LUMI currently delivers exclusively within Lebanon.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 1–5 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

Typical delivery times:

Beirut and nearby areas: 1–2 business days
Other areas in Lebanon: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or unexpected circumstances.

Handmade, personalized, or made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time. When applicable, the customer will be informed before dispatch.

Shipping Fee

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $5 USD per order across Lebanon, regardless of location.

Any applicable delivery charge will always be clearly displayed at checkout before completing the order.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.

Payment is collected by the courier upon delivery.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Customer unavailability
Refusal of the order

Our customer-care team may contact the customer to arrange another delivery attempt.

Additional delivery charges may apply when a new delivery attempt is requested. Repeated failed or refused deliveries may affect eligibility for future Cash on Delivery orders.
